Terms and Conditions
1. Full payment is required before delivery.
2. Payment can be made by credit/debit card using Paypal or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please allow extra time for delivery, as we do not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared through our bank.
3. Subject to goods being in stock, orders will usually be despatched within 3 working days, personalised items within 4 working days of cleared payment using first class post, proof of postage will be obtained. Failure to despatch within time will be notified by email.
4. Postage and Packaging will be refunded on orders over £30.00.
5. It is the responsibility of the customer to physically check the contents of their order before signing for it. Once the goods are signed for or marked “unchecked”, we cannot claim for breakages and/or shortages and therefore cannot replace or credit anything for you.
6. All prices are correct at time of publishing this website but are subject to change and availability.
7. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notification
8. Title of goods supplied does not pass until the goods have been paid for in full
Cancellation
1. Personalised items including greeting cards, magnets, ribbons and sashes must be cancelled on same working day (8.00am – 5.00pm) as order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays must be cancelled during the next working day to qualify for refund. Failure to do this will result in being unable to offer refund as items will already be in production.
2. All other items must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order to qualify for a refund.
Returns and Refund Policy
1. We want you to be happy with your purchases. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be faulty or incorrectly supplied please return them within 7 days in the original unopened packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs. Please note personalised items, where information has not been correctly submitted payment will not be refunded, however, if it is our error we will resupply corrected item promptly.
